She rolls left! She rolls right! Front to back! Back to front! Roll, roll, roll! She's not crawling, but when a toy she wants is out of reach, she can wriggle and roll and somehow get to it.
She loved the balloons from Nolan's party and don't under-estimate the thrill of an earring. Especially of one still in someone's ear.
She is a chatterbox! She squeaks and squeals and makes a little coughing sound that reminds me of her baby chipmunk noises.
She is interested in Nolan and his toys (the downside of mobility, for me and Nolan, that is! Zadie probably feels like it's about time she gets to grab those trains!) and watches him like she's studying for a test.
She sits up and rocks forward to try to get into crawling position. I can see it's a huge leap of faith to tip over onto her hands - especially since she tends to land on her face. But she's tough and she perseveres. A well placed toy helps motivate, too. She loves her orange Nemo fish.
Books are great for reading and eating. She hasn't had any solids yet, but probably pretty soon. Her string of colds has seemingly gone on hiatus (knock wood!) so we'll be up for the food adventure soon. Still just two teeth, but the way she is gnawing on every thing in sight leads me to believe it won't be too long.
In the morning, she wakes up happy and smiles as big as the moon when we first look at each other. It's a wonderful way to start the day.

GREAT way to start the day!
Great pix!
And don't forget the growling sound she does - her version of Nolan's furious goose!
Zadie photos are great -- the camera loves her!!
Nolan watch out your sister will be in your toys soon.
